In furtherance of our objective to build a global exchange network, Genisys, with our exchange partners, is establishing and launching capital markets businesses including digital asset exchanges, digital securities exchanges, virtual asset service providers (with various national licensing designations), broker-dealers, clearing, settlement and custody, with applications in progress in the Americas, Europe, Africa and Asia.

In the US, Genisys is working with Document Security Systems, Inc. (NYSE American: DSS) (“DSS”), and Coinstreet Partners (“Coinstreet”) digital securities exchange licenses in the US (for further information see here).

In Hong Kong, Genisys is working with Coinstreet to set-up a fully-compliant trading platform for tokenized assets and digital securities (for further information see here).

The first digital asset and digital securities exchange, secured by an exchange partner during Q1 2022, is to be announced soon.
